腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后实施优质程序护理的效果观察

Observation on effect of high-quality care program for patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

[目的]观察对腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人实施优质程序护理的效果。[方法]将接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术的120例病人分为观察组与对照组各60例,观察组采用优质程序护理并进行序贯评价,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组病人满意率、手术效果与并发症发生率。[结果]观察组满意率高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组病人手术效果(手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、疼痛指数)优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]对腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人采用优质程序护理,并对其进行序贯分析评价,可提高手术效果及减少术后并发症。

Obj ective：To observe the effect of high quality care program for patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods：A total of 120 pa-tients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each.The patients in ob-servation group received high quality care program and sequential evalua-tion,the patients in control group received routine care,then to compare the satisfaction,surgical results and incidence of complications.Results：The satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）;the effect of surgery for patients in observation group （opera-tive time,blood loss,hospital stay,pain index）was better than that of con-trol group （P〈0.01）;the incidence of postoperative complications in obser-vation group was less than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The high quality care program for patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy and sequential analysis and evaluation for them can improve surgical results and reduce postoperative complications.
