血清S100B蛋白在早期脑挫裂伤患者诊断中的意义

摘要 目的探讨血清S100B蛋白在早期脑挫裂伤患者诊断中的意义。方法将105例经CT或MRI检查明确诊为脑挫裂伤患者作为观察组,其中轻型颅脑损伤65例,重型颅脑损伤40例;将同时期在本院健康体检的95例正常人作为健康对照组,排除神经系统疾病。采集两组研究对象血清,采用酶联免疫分析法检测血清中S100B蛋白浓度。结果健康对照组、轻型颅脑损伤组和重型颅脑损伤组血清S100B蛋白浓度分别为(0.10±0.03)μg/L、(1.11±0.43)μg/L和(2.60±0.63)μg/L,各组间均存在统计学差异。结论血清S100B蛋白水平检测可以作为早期脑挫裂伤诊断及评估伤情程度的辅助指标。
