代谢综合征患者高敏C反应蛋白与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的相关性

摘要 近年来有研究显示,C反应蛋白（C-reactive protein,CRP）与代谢综合征（metabolic syndrome,MS）及其各组分的关系非常密切。颈动脉近年来已成为反映全身动脉粥样硬化病变的一个＂窗口＂。但MS与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系如何,目前国内报道不多。本研究旨在探讨高敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）在预测及评估MS患者早期大血管病变发生、发展中的作用。
