摘要
蛋白相互作用(protein-protein interactions,PPI)在细胞生长发育、新陈代谢及衰老凋亡中发挥重要作用,PPI异常可导致多种疾病的发生。发展新技术尤其是PPI技术,在分子水平上揭示特定蛋白的功能及其与化学小分子的作用,能准确找到化学小分子的作用靶点,有助于疾病的诊断和治疗。本文综述近年来PPI技术在药物靶点确认中的研究进展。
Protein-protein interactions(PPI)play an indispensable role in cell growth,metabolism,aging and apoptosis.Abnormal PPI will lead to cell dysfunction and diseases. Thus,it is necessary to build new technologies for target identification. PPI technologies can reveal the function of proteins and the interaction of proteins with the other molecules at molecular level,so they are widely used in identification of drug target. In this review,applications of PPI technologies in drug target identification are introduced.
