摘要
登陆基地卸载保障方案的编制是一个复杂的决策过程。根据决策过程的特点及战时需要,确定登陆基地卸载保障方案编制系统设计的基本指导思想,基于该思想对系统功能框架进行设计,并对其中关键技术和方法进行研究探讨。
It is a complex decision - making process to compile the unloading support plan of landing base. Based on the characteristics of decision - making process and wartime needs, the guidelines of designing a compilation system of landing base＇ s unloading support plan is determined in the paper. The system function framework is designed based on the guide- lines, and the key technologies and methods are studied and discussed.
