Based on the analysis of influences of ＂Huge Ministry System＂ reform on the construction of defense transporta- tion regulation system, the paper discusses the countermeasures for the construction, in order to promote deeper develop- ment of the military-civilian integration of defense transportation in terms of regulation system construction.
