摘要
军事物流基地是现代军事物流体系的核心节点和重要力量,加强军事物流基地建设,提高军事物流基地的保障能力是完成广泛的军事任务的重要支撑。对军事物流基地保障能力建设的关键要素进行分析,运用系统动力学的基本原理与方法,对军事物流基地保障能力进行动态模拟,并通过仿真计算,定量地分析各要素投入增长率对军事物流基地保障能力提升的影响,为资源投入决策提供科学的、定量的参考依据。
Military logistics base is the core node and important power of modern military logistics system. For completing wide-range military missions, it is key support to strengthen its construction and improve its support capability. The paper analyzes the key factors in the construction of military logistics base support capability, makes dynamic simulation by using fundamental principle and methods of system dynamics, and quantitatively analyzes the effect of input growth rate of the fac- tors on the increase of military logistics base support capability through simulation computation, providing scientific and quantitative reference for resource investment decision-making.
