摘要
在基建环节由于安装工艺不过关导致干式空心电抗器运行中易发生异常发热故障,严重影响了整个系统的安全稳定运行。为查明异常发热的原因并避免类似故障的再次发生,结合几起比较典型的由安装原因造成的故障进行分析。结果表明:干抗安装工艺的失误是诱因,在干抗自身产生的强烈漏磁作用下将产生不必要的涡流或环流,并导致发热异常。并结合设备状态检修和全寿命周期管理理念提出一些干式空心电抗器运行维护管理措施,对避免类似故障的发生具有一定的借鉴意义。
The abnormal heat of dry-type air-core reactor due to weak installation process always happens,which affects seriously safe and stable operation of the whole system. For identifying reason of the heat and avoiding reoccurrence of such fault,the fault due to several typical installation is analyzed. It is shown by the result that the installation mistake of dry-type air-core reactor is the incentives,the unnecessary eddy current and loop current are generated under the effect of the strong leakage flux created by the dry-type reactor itself,leading to the abnormal heat. The operation,maintenance and management measures of the dry-type air-core reactor are proposed by the authors with combination of condition maintenance and whole life cycle management concept,which has a definite reference significance in avoiding occurrence of such fault.
