摘要
目的探讨下肢生物力学矫正联合脊柱区核心肌群训练对慢性非特异性下腰痛患者的治疗效果。方法将符合要求并接受下肢生物力学矫正治疗的32例慢性非特异性下腰痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各16例,两组患者均配置生物力学矫形鞋垫,并进行常规理疗、手法治疗等,观察组患者联合脊柱区核心肌群训练。记录并比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和腰腿痛Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分。结果两组患者治疗前VAS、ODI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、6个月VAS评分、ODI评分均有改善,观察组改善较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脊柱区核心肌群训练强化了慢性非特异性下腰痛患者下肢生物力学矫正的治疗效果,减轻腰部疼痛,提高生活质量。
Objective To discuss clinical effects of lower extremity biomechanics correction with spinal core muscle groups training for the treatment of patients with chronic non-specific low back pain (LBP). Methods Thirty-two chronic non-specific LBP patients treated by lower extremity biomechanics correction were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 16 patients in each group. They were all configured biomechanics orthopedic insole, and treated by conventional physical therapy and manipulation therapy at the same time. In addition, patients in observation group performed spinal core muscle group training. Before and after treatment, pain visual analogue scale (VAS) and LBP Oswestry disability index (ODI) scores in two groups were recorded and compared. Results At 1, 6 months after the treatment, VAS and ODI scores improved, the differences between pre- and post-treatment had statistical significance (P 〈0.05). Before the treatment, VAS, ODI scores between 2 groups had no statistical difference (P 〉0.05), while there was statistical difference between two groups after the treatment (P 〈0.05). Conclusion For non-specific LBP patients, spinal core muscle groups training strengthens the efficacy of lower extremity biomechanics correction, as a result, could relieve lumbar pain and improve the quality of life.
