高效液相色谱法快速测定乳粉中微量过氧化苯甲酰 被引量:1

摘要 以乙腈提取样品中过氧化苯甲酰,用碘化钾溶液还原过氧化苯甲酰成苯甲酸,应用高效液相色谱仪,外标法定量,间接法测定了乳粉中微量过氧化苯甲酰的质量浓度。过氧化苯甲酰质量浓度在0.025~20.0 mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,r=1.000,平均加标回收率在90.2%~99.3%之间,测定值相对标准偏差(n=10)在2.79%~8.13%之间。该方法简便快速,准确,重现性好,可检测到样品微量的过氧化苯甲酰,是乳粉中微量过氧化苯甲酰质量浓度的快速测定方法。 Benzoyl peroxide in milk powder was purified by Acetonitrile and, the solution was reducted to benzoic acid by potussium iodide, then the solution was determined by HPLC. Results showed the linearity of Benzoyl peroxide was in the range of 0.025~20.0 mg/L,r =1.000. The average recovery was in the range of 90.2%~99.3%, RSD was between 2.79% and 8.13%. This method was simple and quick and accurate with good reproducibility, and could test micro benzoyl peroxide in sample. It was a quick determination method that be used for the of micro Benzoyl peroxide in milk powder
