盛松成：未来利率水平可能趋势性上升 中国人民银行调查统计司司长盛松成撰文指出．当前利率上升既有季节周期性因素影响．也有长期深层次原因。后者主要包括以下三方面因素：一是投资和储蓄的相对变化影响利率水平．未来投资率降幅会小于储蓄率降幅．资金供给难以支持固定资产投资资金需求将促使利率上行；二是利率市场化推升利率水平。
