摘要
目的观察夜交藤提取物对小鼠中枢神经系统的作用。方法清洁级小鼠80只,随机分为4组。其中每组各设夜交藤组(灌服夜交藤提取物)和对照组(灌服等体积生理盐水),每组10只。4组分别观察夜交藤提取物对小鼠自主活动的影响、对延长异戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠时间、对异戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠率的影响以及对士的宁中枢兴奋作用的影响。结果夜交藤提取物对小鼠自主活动呈明显抑制作用,可延长异戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠时间,对阈下催眠剂量的异戊巴比妥钠有协同作用,能显著降低士的宁引起的惊厥率。结论夜交藤提取物对小鼠有明显的镇静、催眠作用。
Objective To study the pharmacological effects of the Caulis Polygoni Multiflori extraction on central nervous system. Methods The pharmacological effects of the Caulis Polygoni Multiflori extracting was observed on the autonomic activities of mice,the time of sleep induced by Sodium Amo Barbital,the sleeping synergistic action of mice with Sodium Amo Barbital at sub-threshold and the central inhibitory effects in mice induced by Strychnine. Results The Caulis Polygoni Multiflori extraction could inhibit autonomic activities of the mice,prolong the sleep time induced by Sodium Amo Barbital,enhance the rate of falling asleep induced by Sodium Amo Barbital and inhibit the central stimulating effects induced by Strychnine. Conclusion The Caulis Polygoni Multiflori extraction has significant sedative and hypnosis effects.
