This paper is based on the Manasi River Basin＇s geographical, location, glacier, precipitation, evaporation, runoff, sediment, surface water resources and hydrological factors to analy. It will further understand the variation of hydrology elements in arid. It helps us to analyze and calculate. We should manage water resources scientifically and make good use of limited water resources. It is of great significance to the local social and economic development.
