摘要
以南水北调穿黄隧道大直径泥水盾构施工为背景,从泥水处理设备的选型,主要针对一、二级处理设备的旋流器、沉砂嘴、筛板等理论的验算,现场的实验,选择真正符合复合地质下泥水处理规格型号;以及泥水盾构法施工复合地质条件下泥水分离技术工艺,针对不同地质采用不同的分离设备组合和处理设备的旋流器等的配置,能够高效的快速的处理盾构施工排放的污浆,处理设备构造紧凑,易于维护检修,为今后大直径大排放量泥水处理施工提供了重要的参考意义。
The south-to-North Water Diversion Tunnel of large diameter slurry shield construction as the background, the selection from the sludge treatment equipment, mainly for checking the level one or two handling equipment of cyclone, sand mouth, sieve theory, field experiment, choose to truly meet the complex geological lower mud processing specifieations;and the slurry shield construction complex geological conditions of mud water separation technology, in view of the different geological using different separation equipment and processing equipment of cyclone's configuration, can waste slurry rapid and efficient processing of shield construction emissions, processing equipment has the advantages of compact structure, easy maintenance, provides an important reference for the future of large diameter and high emissions water treatment construction.
