丹江口加高工程初期大坝混凝土缺陷检查技术

The Inspection Technology for the Defect of Danjiangkou Early Project＇s Concrete

丹江口初期工程大坝混凝土缺陷检查与处理（以下简称缺陷检查与处理），是南水北调中线一期丹江口大坝加高工程建设内容之一。南水北调中线水源有限责任公司（以下简称水源公司），按上级有关文件批复和设计要求，利用大坝加高的有利时机，对初期工程的混凝土质量和缺陷进行了全面检查。通过大量的检查工作，大坝表面裂缝基本查明，主要裂缝的情况基本查清。各类缺陷检查细致，分类明确，为缺陷处理设计提供了依据，并对各类缺陷进行了相应处理。缺陷检查与处理施工质量良好，符合设计要求。主要介绍了丹江口初期大坝混凝土缺陷检查技术，进行论述，可供同类工程参考。

The examination and treatment of Danjiangkou early project is the part of the construction of the Danjiangkou Dam Heightening Pro- ject. According to the document approved by the higher authority and design requirements,the South-to-North Water Diversion Project Middle Line Water Resource LLC examined the quality and defect of the concrete of the early project carefully. The inspection of various types of was detailed and the classifications of defect were clear, thus provided a basis for such defects to designers. What＇s more, the defects has been dealt with accordingly. This paper considers the technology of inspection for the defect of the early project＇s concrete. This case could be reference for similar projects.
