摘要
为充分利用丰富的水能资源，我国已建和拟建许多大型水利工程，这些水利工程泄洪功率大，对泄洪消能的要求高。现对泄洪消能的常见方式和新的进展进行了综述，内容包括表孔泄洪的底流、挑流、面流和戽流以及泄洪洞的内消能工。
In order to utilizing hydropower well tots of hydro-projects have built and many hydro-projects are being built. The flood release energy is very large when the project discharge flood. The paper summarize several type of energy dissipator, such as hydraulic jump, flip bucker, surface flow and other dissipatars in common applied in this field.
