摘要
为了提高常庄水库的防范与应急处理能力,力保水库的安全和保障人民群众的安全,采用肖克列奇公式和河流网络模拟系统进行溃坝分析,计算出校核水位和标准水位的最大流量。然后针对水位的不同设定不同转移方案,尽量做到确保下游及岸坡人、财、物的安全和损失最小。
In order to improve the ability of prevention and emergency treatment of Chang Zhuang reservoir, to secure the reservoir safety and protect the people's safety, adopting the Ashok Riccio formula and river network simulation system, analyse dam break and calculate the maximum flow of check water level and standard level. And then aiming at the level of different setting different transfer schemes, in order to ensure people and money security and minimum loss of downstream and slops.
