南水北调中线干线安防系统总体框架设计

摘要 在分析南水北调中线干线工程安全防护必要性的基础上,重点研究了南水北调中线干线安防系统总体需求、业务流程及系统总体框架设计思路,阐述了由智能电子围栏系统、视频监控系统、现地自动门禁系统、跨渠桥梁超载监控系统4部分组成的系统总体框架,最大限度地保障整个中线干线工程的“工程安全、供水安全、人身安全”。 Through analysing the necessity of security protection in the mid-route project of the south-to-north water diversion project, this article presents a focus study on design ideas for general system demands, operation flow and general framework of security system for the mid-route project. Then expounds the system general framework which consists of four parts:intelligent electronics rail system, video surveillance system, automatic entrance guard system and overload surveillance system across channel to ensure safety of the project, water delivery and person to the full extent.
