摘要
南水北调东线山东段工程具有自动化控制要求高、联调联控性强、系统庞杂、管理复杂等特点,必须采用先进的信息技术、自动化技术、通信技术以及现代化的运营、维护、管理技术与理念,建设一个完整的调度运行管理系统对山东干线工程进行运营、维护和管理,以保证沿线自动化及调水安全。其中,通信传输系统是整个调度运行管理系统的基础设施之一,负责承载语音、数据、图像等各种信息,为计算机网络、语音交换(调度)等系统服务,保证各种调度决策指令的及时传递,为调水运行控制、生产运营管理、运行维护管理、水资源管理、综合办公等提供通信服务。本文通过对比研究,重点分析了各种通信传输技术特点,根据南水北调工程实际情况作出建议方案。
Due to the automation control requirements,the joint scheduling and joint control requirements,the complex systems and its complex management of the Shandong Section Project of the East Route South-to-North Water Diversion, a perfect and advanced dispatching management system which relies on advanced information technology, automation technology, communication technology and modern operation, maintenance and management is needed to guarantee the water diversion safety. So communication transmission system is part of the infrastructure for the entire Shandong section Dispatching Management System, responsible for transmitting voice, data, images, and other information, providing services for the computer network system, the voice switching(dispatch) system, which guarantees the timely delivery of various dispatching and decision instruction. Through comparative research, analyzed the technical characteristics of various communication transmission, make proposal according to the actual situation of the South-to-North Water Diversion project.
