热改性凹凸棒土在桉木制浆废水深度处理的应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用热改性的凹凸棒土作为废水处理吸附剂,通过比表面积测定、热重分析、扫描电镜分析等,探讨了凹凸棒土的热改性机理;同时考察了煅烧温度、煅烧时间、废水初始p H值、凹凸棒土用量及反应时间对凹凸棒土处理桉木制浆废水作用效果的影响。结果表明,热改性凹凸棒土处理桉木制浆废水的最佳工艺条件为:凹凸棒土煅烧温度400℃,煅烧时间2 h,用量50 g/L,反应时间90min,无需调节桉木制浆废水的p H值。此时CODCr去除率可达到59%、色度去除率可达84%。 The thermal modification mechanism of attapulgite was studied by specific surface area testing, SEM analysis and TG analysis. The effect of calcination temperature, calcination time of the attapulgite, the initial pH value of the waste water to be tested, dosage of attapulgite and reaction time on the efficiency of advanced treatment of eucalyptus pulping wastewater was investigated. The results showed that the opti- mum conditions were: attapulgite calcination temperature was 400℃, calcination time was 2 h, the dosage was 50 g/L, and the reaction time was 90 min, without adjusting wastewater initial pH. CODcr removal rate could reach 59%, color removal rate could reach 84% under the conditions.
