介绍了碱回收锅炉底部水冷壁的基本情况及水冷壁中复合管不锈钢层的各种裂纹现象,详细分析了产生裂纹的原因,阐述了水冷壁复合管产生裂纹的危害和采取的修复措施。
The water cooling wall in the bottom part of recovery boiler furnace chamber and the phenomenon appearing various cracks on the stainless steel layer of the complex pipes were introduced. The reasons of cracks generation were analysed in details and the endangerment of the cracks and the measures for its restoration were discussed.
