摘要
为了测量食品包装袋封口热封合强度,提出基于热封合电压和热封合时间参数的包装袋封口热封合强度测试试验方法。通过设定热封合电压、热封合时间参数,在确定热封合电压参数条件下改变热封合时间参数并制备出包装袋封口试样,分别测试出不同热封合电压和热封合时间参数条件下包装袋封口试样的热封合强度,分析测试结果并得出不同热封合电压和热封合时间参数条件下包装袋封口热封合强度变化特点。测试结果表明:1改变热封合电压参数和热封合时间参数,食品包装袋试样拉伸时会出现撕裂、封口处拉断和封口外侧拉断三种情形;2合理设置热封合电压参数和热封合时间参数,能够保证食品包装袋封口试样具有较高的热封合强度。
Abstract: In order to test the heat sealing tightness of food packaging bags,the test method was proposed that is based on the heat-sealing voltage and heat-sealing time. Food packaging sealing samples could be prepared by setting the voltage and time of heat-sealing parameters and adjusting them,whose heat sealing tightness with voltage and time of heat-sealing parameters adjusted were tested,and the changes of the characteristics of food packaging bag sealing tightness with voltage and time of heat-sealing parameters were analyzed. The results showed that:( 1) food packaging bags during being stretched have three failure modes,including tearing in the sealing,breaking in the sealing near and outside,( 2) the sealing tightness of packaging bag can be improved by means of adjusting heat-sealing parameters soundly.
