贝那普利、美托洛尔联合螺内酯治疗老年舒张性心力衰竭的疗效与安全性 被引量：11

摘要 目的观察贝那普利、美托洛尔与螺内酯联合应用治疗老年舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)的临床疗效与安全性。方法入选老年DHF患者68例,根据住院顺序编号,按照随机数字表法随机分为试验组(n=36)和对照组(n=32)。对照组采用常规治疗;试验组加用贝那普利、美托洛尔及螺内酯,平均剂量分别为16.8 mg/d、46.4 mg/d、26.8mg/d。2组疗程均6个月。在治疗前后检测B型钠尿肽原(NT-BNP),测定6 min步行试验。结果治疗后试验组6min步行距离(557±71)m,较治疗前的(371±81)m明显改善(P<0.01);与对照组(478±83)m比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗后NT-BNP均较治疗前明显降低,并且试验组显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论贝那普利、美托洛尔与螺内酯联合治疗老年DHF,可以改善患者心脏舒张功能,提高活动耐量,并且具有良好的安全性。
