Local governmental administrative legislation——A study on local governmental legal construction and administration according to law

依法治国,意义深远。为贯彻这一伟大治国方略,地方政府的法制建设已被提上重要日程。地方政府完善的法制建设离不开地方政府的行政立法。文章首先回顾了河南省政府在贯彻“依法治省”精神、进行法制建设进程之中,在行政立法方面所采取的重要举措,并在肯定其成绩的同时,揭示出其中存在的一些问题。之后,又从不同角度对之进行深刻分析,并在文章之末提出解决的途径。

It is of profound and lasting significance to govern our country according to law.To carry out the great administrative plan,the legal construction of local governments has been regarded as an important wors schedule and local governmental perfect legal construction is closely related to its administrative legislation.Firstly,this treaty makes a review of Henan Province's major administrative legislation measures taken during the process of local construction aimed at carrying out the plan of“governing the province according to law,”the treaty also reveals some problems existing in legislative subject,objects,procedures and techniques when it confirms achievements.Then,it makes a thorough analysis from different angles and puts forward some suggestions.
