摘要
随着科技进步与国际贸易的发展,台湾花卉产业的发展已进入一个新时期,如何抓住机遇,加快花卉产业的发展,已成为台湾花卉业面临的新课题。该研究应用资料包络分析法(DEA)与Malmquist生产力指数研究分析台湾各地区花卉产业经济效率有效性,希冀从纵向研究说明台湾整体的花卉生产方面历年来的经济效率变化与发展;从横向研究各地区之间的花卉产销综合效率差异,据以分析不同地区花卉经济效率。最后,提出促进台湾地区花卉产业健康发展的政策建议。
As the scientific and technological progress and the development of international trade,the development of Taiwan＇s flower industry has entered a new era.How to seize the opportunity to accelerate the development of flower industry has become a new topic faced by Taiwan＇s flower industry.In this study,the methods of data envelopment analysis（DEA）and Malmquist productivity index were used to analyze the economic efficiency and effectiveness of Taiwan＇s flower industry.The change and development of economic efficiency of flower production in Taiwan in several years were illustrated from a longitudinal study,and the differences of production and marketing combined efficiency among different regions in Taiwan were analyzed from cross-sectional study.Based on these results,the policy suggestions which would promote the sound development of flower industry in Taiwan were put forward.
