摘要
随着我国采矿制造业的科技进步,露天采矿设备逐渐向大型化、机械自动化方向发展,穿孔设备已普遍采用200 mm以上孔径的牙轮全液压钻机,钻机穿孔排渣量约1.5 m3左右,单孔护孔量约为0.7 m3钻机司机人工护孔已不能满足露天采矿《全面质量标准化》中护孔要求,介绍了露天矿用深孔爆破扩孔机的基本结构和工作原理。
With the advancement of science and technology in China's mining manufacturing, open-pit mining equipment gradually develops towards large-scale and mechanical automation. Perforation equipment has generally adopted more than 200 mm aperture blast-hole hydraulic drilling rig. The amount of slag in drilling rig perforation is about 1.5 m3 and the amount of single hole protecting hole is about 0.7 m3. Artificial protecting hole does not meet the requirement of protecting hole in Comprehensive Quality Standardization. The article introduces the basic structure and operational principle of the open-pit mine deep hole blasting protecting hole machine.
