针对我国煤炭矿区的生态环境特征,比较了露天开采与矿井开采对生态环境影响的区别,总结了我国露天煤矿开采工艺对生态环境的影响,重点分析了对草原地区及戈壁地区生态环境的影响,从政策建议、开采设计、施工运营期间的防治措施等方面提出了适应草原土地类型、戈壁土地类型区域的生态环境综合整治对策。

Aiming at the ecological environment characteristics in China＇s coal mining area, the article compares the differences between the effects of open-pit mining and underground mining on the ecological environment, summarizes the impact of China＇s open-pit coal mining technology on ecological environment, analyzes the impact on the ecological environment of grassland and gobi area, and presents the ecological environment integrated renovation measures adapting to the grassland land types and gobi land types from policy recommendations, mining design, prevention and control measures during construction and operation period.
