摘要
雷管生产线自动化技术迅速发展,生产工艺和技术装备水平不断提高,针对工业雷管自动化、连续化生产的要求,在生产工艺中设置抗爆间室,以实现隔爆和防殉爆。结合抚顺矿业有限责任公司十一厂雷管生产线建设工程中抗爆间室的设计,介绍了设计抗爆间室的思路,并对计算结果进行验证,为今后抗爆间室的设计提供了经验。
With rapid development of detonator production line automation technology and continuous improvement of production process and technology equipment level, the article aims at the requirements of industrial detonator automation and continuous production, and sets the antiknock chamber to realize explosion suppression and antisympathetic detonation in the production process. Combining with the design of antiknock chamber in detonator production line construction project of Fushun mining group limited liability company eleven plant, the article introduces the thought of designing antiknock chamber and validates calculation results, which provides experience for the design of future antiknock chamber.
