正交试验法优选除湿口服液制备工艺研究

摘要 目的优选除湿口服液的提取制备工艺。方法以加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数、浸泡时间作为考察因素,以苦参碱含量和干浸膏得率作为综合指标评分,选用L9(34)正交试验优化除湿口服液的提取制备工艺。结果优选除湿口服液制备工艺的最佳条件为加入8倍量水,煎煮4次,每次2 h。结论该试验结果合理,可行,有效成分得率高,适合工业生产的需要。 Objective To optimize the preparation process of Chushi oral liquid.Methods An orthogonal design was adopted to optimized the process of preparation process in Chushi oral liquid. Taking the content of matrine and dry extract as index, the extraction technology of Chushi oral liquid was optimized by means of L9(34) orthogonal experiment with the amount of water, soaking time, the time of extraction, extraction times.Results The optimum conditions for Chushi oral liquid by orthogonal test were as follows: water for 8 times the quantity of medicinal materials in the process of decoction, and 4 times for 2 h each time. ConclusionOptimized extraction and purification technology for Chushi oral liquid was reasonable and feasible, it was suitable for requirements of industrial production.
