摘要
目的了解中小学生眼外伤发生状况及其影响因素,预防中小学生眼外伤发生进行健康教育提供依据。方法对180例中小学生眼外伤的年龄、性别、就诊时间、受伤眼别、致伤原因、性质、治疗及结果作统计分析。结果 180例中小学生眼外伤的年龄为6~19岁,男生的眼外伤明显高于女生,男:女=1.65:1,就诊时间为受伤后30 min^2个月,右眼:左眼=1:1.63,主要致伤性质依次为眼睑挫伤、角膜上皮擦伤、结膜下出血。结论应对中小学生加强进行预防宣教,预防眼外伤的发生,同时校医要不断提高对眼外伤的急诊急救及防治水平。
Objective To understand the students＇ status of ocular trauma occurred and its influencing factors, provide evidence for health education to prevent ocular trauma of primary and middle school students. Methods In 180 cases of primary and middle school students ocular trauma of age, sex, clinical time, nature, injured eye don＇t, all the causes, treatment and results for statistical analysis. Results 180 cases of ocular trauma of primary and middle school students aged 6 to 19 years of age.The trauma of boys was obviously higher than that of female, male： female=1.65：1. The time for 30 minutes to 2 months after injury, the right eye：left eye =1：1.63. The main nature of the injury contusion, corneal epithelial abrasion, eyelid in subconjunctival hemorrhage.Conclusion Should strengthen the prevention education of primary and middle school students, prevent the happening of the ocular trauma, mind at the same time to improve the level of emergency first aid and prevention of ocular trauma.
