摘要
目的公立医院通过建立财务经理人制度来控制医疗费用的不合理上涨。方法建立财务经理人制度,并介绍财务经理人在医疗费用控制中主要承担的职能和具体的操作方法,同时从资源配置、经济效应、信息利用、激励相容、患者满意程度等五个方面出发,对财务经理人制度作出评价。结果实施财务经理人制度后,实时控制的效果、医疗费用的动态都明显的提高了,并且资源配置、经济效应、患者的满意度也提高了。结论财务经理人制度能有效的控制医疗费用的不合理上涨,对医院的管理方式有很大的帮助,是一种值得推广且行之有效的措施和手段。
Objective The irrational rise in public hospitals to control medical cost by establishing the financial manager system.Methods The establishment of financial management system, and introduces the financial manager in medical expense control,main functions and specific methods of operation, at the same time in five aspects from the allocation of resources, economic effect,information, incentive compatibility, patient satisfaction as the starting point, to evaluate the financial manager system. Results The implementation of the financial management system, dynamic real-time control effect, medical expenses are significantly improved,and the allocation of resources, economic effect, patient satisfaction is improved. Conclusion The irrational rise of finance manager system to control medical cost effective, very helpful for hospital management measures and means, is a worthy of promotion and effective.
