基层医院感染管理现状调查分析及对策

目的调查分析基层医院感染管理现状,对共性问题提出对策。方法参照行业标准及规范等,2011年12月对呼伦贝尔地区19所二级医院感染管理督导检查中发现的问题制定整改方案,2012年末进行效果评价。结果对感染管理重视不够、三级网络不健全、专职或兼职人员知识欠缺、微生物检测设备设施不全,对质量持续改进措施追踪检查不完善等,是目前我区基层医院感染管理中存在的共性的根本问题。结论通过提高管理者的责任意识、健全组织机构、加强培训、完善检测设备及设施、坚持质量持续改进,针对重点、突出问题的管理,有效改善基层医院感染管理的现状。

Conclusion By improving managers responsibility consciousness and improve the organization,strengthen the training perfect testing equipment and facilities,Adhere to the quality of continuous improvement, in view of the key,Outstanding problems of management, Effectively improve the current situation of the grass-roots hospital infection management.
