基层医院妇科腹腔镜手术临床应用进展及存在问题探讨

本文对基层医院妇科腹腔镜手术临床应用进展进行了综述,并总结其中出现的主要问题。腹腔镜手术在基层医院妇科主要用于治疗异位妊娠、妇科急腹症、子宫切除术等。但仍存在并发症、成本高、开展不全面等缺点,亟需从强化培训、加强评估等方面进行改进。

[Abstrac] The paper summarized the clinical application progress of gynecological,laparoscopic operation in primary,hospital and concluded main problems. In primary？hospital, the laparoscopic operation were mainly applied to treat ectopic pregnancy, gynecological acute abdomen, hysterectomy, and so on.But it has the disadvantage of complications, high cost and not comprehensive. We need to intensive training and strengthen the evaluation to improve it.
