急诊癔病患者的观察及护理

Observation and nursing on hysteria patients in emergency

目的观察癔病患者的临床表现,探讨护理干预对缓解症状的作用。方法选择2010-06—2011-12我院急诊接治的癔症患者72例,随机分为2组,护理组加强护理,对照组采用普通护理,观察2组患者症状好转时间,住院率,平均住院时间,患者和家属的满意度。结果护理组症状好转平均时间(2.1±0.6)d,住院率28%,平均住院时间(3.1±0.2)d,患者和家属满意度(9.7±0.2)分;对照组症状好转平均时间为(4.3±1.1)d,住院率40.9%,平均住院时间(5.8±0.6)d,患者和家属满意度(8.1±0.3)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊癔病发作与心理障碍、情绪紧张有很大关系,加强护理对加快患者症状的恢复,降低住院率,提高满意度等方面有很大帮助,值得应用。

Objective To observe the clinical manifestation of emergency hysteria patients,and to discuss the influence of nursing intervention to relieve symptoms.Methods 72 patients with hysteria treated in our hospital from June 2010 to December 2011 were chose and randomly divided into two groups,the nursing group appiled strengthen nursing care,and the control group applied normal nursing care,then patients with symptoms of turnaround time,hospitalization rates,the average length of hospital stay,the patient and family satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results in the nursing group,the average time of Symptoms turned to improve were（2.1±0.6）d,hospitalization rates was 28%,the average length of hospital stay（3.1±0.2）d,the patient and family satisfaction was（9.7±0.2）point,in the control group,the average time of Symptoms turned to improve were（4.3±1.1）d,hospitalization rates was 40.9%,the average length of hospital stay（5.8±0.6）d,the patient and family satisfaction was（8.1±0.3）point,significant difference was found in two groups of results,there is a statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Emergency hysterics has much relation with psychological disorders,emotional tension,It can strengthe the nursing of symptoms in patients with accelerated recovery,reduce hospitalization rates,have very great help to improve the satisfaction,and it is worth advocating auxiliary treatment.
