穴位按摩联合经络拍打在预防腰椎手术后便秘中的应用

Application of Acupoint Massage Combined with Main and Collateral Channels Flap in the Prevention of Constipation after Lumbar Operation

目的探讨穴位按摩联合经络拍打预防腰椎手术患者术后便秘的临床效果。方法选择该院2009年4月—2013年6月收治的择期行腰椎手术的患者86例,随机分为观察组(46例)和对照组(40例)。对照组采用常规护理方法预防便秘,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予经络拍打及穴位按摩,2次/d。比较两组便秘发生率、首次排便时间、便秘症状积分及治疗效果。结果观察组便秘发生率为15.22%(7例),明显低于对照组的37.50%(15例);观察组首次排便时间(1.34±0.29)dVS(2.18±0.67)d、便秘症状积分明显低于对照组(2.31±0.45)VS(4.65±1.26),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用穴位按摩联合经络拍打可以预防腰椎术后患者便秘的发生。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint massage combined with main and collateral channels flap on the prevention of patients with constipation after lumbar operation. Methods 86 patients underwent selective lumbar operation in our hospital from April 2009 to June 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group（46 cases） and the control group（40 cases）. For preventing constipation, the control group was treated with the conventional nursing method, and the observation group was treated with main and collateral channels flap and acupoint massage, twice a day on the basis of conventional nursing. The incidence of constipation, first defecation time, constipation symptoms score and the treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of constipation of the observation group was 15.22%（7 cases）, significantly lower than the control group＇s 37.50%（15 cases）. The first defecation time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group（1.34 ±0.29 VS 2.18 ±0.67） and the constipation symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（2.31±0.45 VS 4.65±1.26）, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with main and collateral channels flap can prevent the incidence of constipation in patients after lumbar operation.
