全面优质护理在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Comprehensive Quality Nursing in the Nursing of Children with Bronchopneumonia

目的探讨全面优质护理在支气管肺炎患儿护理中的临床应用价值。方法将该院2013年1月—2013年6月收治的46例支气管肺炎患儿按不同护理方法分为观察组(给予全面优质护理)和对照组(给予常规护理),对两组患儿症状、体征及胸片改善情况进行综合比较。结果 1观察组患儿体温恢复正常、肺部啰音消失时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);2观察组患儿胸片总改善率为86.96%,对照组患儿为60.87%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对支气管肺炎患儿采取全面优质护理,可促进患儿症状、体征及胸片情况的明显改善,利于患儿康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of comprehensive quality nursing for children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 46 children with bronchopneumonia admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2013 were divided into the observation group treated by comprehensive quality nursing and the control group treated by routine nursing. The improvement of symptoms, signs and chest film result of the two groups were compared comprehensively. Results（1） The time for body temperature returning to normal, and the pulmonary rales disappearing time of the observation group were less than those of the control group（P〈0.05）;（2） The total improvement rate of chest film result of the observation group was 86.96%, while that of the control group was 60.87%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For children with bronchopneumonia, comprehensive quality nursing can promote the improvement of symptoms, physical signs and chest film results significantly, which is conducive to the rehabilitation of the children.
