舒适护理在多发肋骨骨折并气胸的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Comfortable Nursing in Multiple Rib Fractures Complicated by Pneumothorax

目的探讨舒适护理在多发肋骨骨折并气胸的应用效果。方法分析该院2011年1月—2013年2月骨外科收治的多发肋骨骨折并气胸患者80例临床资料,依据是否实施舒适护理将患者分为两组,常规护理组30例和舒适护理组50例。结果舒适护理组多发肋骨骨折并气胸患者自我认知、治疗环境、病情控制感、自信心评分明显优于常规护理组,舒适护理组多发肋骨骨折并气胸患者气胸知识知晓率、治疗依从性和感染发生率均优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在多发肋骨骨折并气胸患者中的应用可以为患者提供舒适的治疗环境,提高患者的自我认知,利于临床治疗的顺利进行。

Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing on multiple rib fractures complicated by pneumothorax. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases with multiple rib fractures complicated by pneumothorax admitted in Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from January 2011 to February 2013 were analyzed. And the patients were divided into two groups, the routine nursing group of 30 cases and comfortable nursing group of 50 cases based on whether the group used comfort nursing. Results The self awareness, therapeutic environment, disease control and the confidence evaluation score of the comfortable nursing group were significantly better than those of the routine nursing group, the rate of knowing the knowledge about pneumothorax, treatment compliance and incidence of infection of the comfortable nursing group were superior to those of the routine nursing group, the differences were statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion For patients with multiple rib fractures complicated by pneumothorax, comfortable nursing can provide a comfortable therapeutic environment and improve the self-cognition of the patients, which are conducive to the smooth implementation of the clinical treatment.
