澳大利亚全国统一教师注册制度评析——基于《全国统一教师注册框架》的政策文本解读 被引量:1

摘要 澳大利亚全国统一教师注册制度是进一步完善教师质量保障体系、促进教师专业发展标准化的重要举措。本文对澳大利亚《全国统一教师注册框架》政策的背景、内容和特点进行了探讨,认为该政策的出台反映了澳大利亚注重"卓越"和"高素质"的教师专业发展理念、"流动"和"互换"的教师专业成长行动准则及教师专业发展标准化体系建立的发展方向。 Nationally Consistent Teacher Registration in Australia is an important step for further improving the teacher quality and promoting the teacher professionalization. This article describes and analyses the background, contents and characteristics of the Framework of Nationally Consistent Teacher Registration in Australia, finding that it reflects the concepts of "excellent" and "high quality" in teacher education, the implement standards of "mobility" and "exchange" of teachers, and the trends of developing the standardized system of teacher professionalization.
