CXCL12和CD133蛋白在胃癌中的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨CXCL12和CD133蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化MaxvisionTM法检测66例胃癌组织及其癌旁组织中CXCL12和CD133蛋白的表达情况。结果胃癌组织中CD133和CXCL12蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);胃癌组织中CXCL12蛋白的表达与肿瘤浆膜浸润、血管浸润、淋巴结转移情况及pTNM分期有关(P<0.05),与患者的年龄、性别、病理组织学类型、组织学分级及肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05);CD133蛋白的表达与肿瘤大小、组织学分级、肿瘤浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移情况、pTNM分期有关(P<0.05),与患者的年龄、性别、病理组织学类型及血管浸润情况无关(P>0.05)。胃癌组织中CD133与CXCL12蛋白的表达存在关联性,但关联性一般。结论 CXCL12和CD133蛋白表达预示胃癌具有较强的侵袭转移能力,可作为预测胃癌转移潜能和预后的生物学指标,指导早期干预治疗,具有重要临床意义。
