正常青年人不同体位和凝视角度眼性前庭诱发肌源性电位的差异 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨正常青年人不同体位和凝视角度眼性前庭诱发肌源性电位(oVEMP)的差异,为异常判断提供标准。方法选择健康青年人17例(34耳),分别采用平卧和坐位两种体位,以及平视、向上凝视30°和向上凝视45°3种眼位进行oVEMP检测,对N1、P1潜伏期,N1-P1间期,N1-P1幅度和双耳N1-P1幅度不对称比等结果进行比较分析。结果两种体位3种凝视角度oVEMP的引出率为100%,N1潜伏期、P1潜伏期、N1-P1间期及N1-P1幅度双侧不对称比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在同一凝视角度,N1-P1幅度除了平视外,向上凝视30°和向上凝视45°时坐位和卧位比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在同一体位,3种凝视角度N1-P1幅度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 oVEMP的诱出,坐位比卧位幅度要大,向上凝视45°比向上凝视30°的幅度要大,平视时幅度最小不推荐使用。
