女性膀胱过度活动症患者的尿动力学分析 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨女性膀胱过度活动症(OAB)患者的尿动力学特征。方法对116例门诊就诊的女性OAB患者进行尿动力学检查及临床资料分析。结果 116例患者中最大尿流率(13.86±6.92)mL;初始尿意容量(109.07±56.09)mL,急迫尿意容量(190.59±75.31)mL,最大膀胱容量(284.04±103.49)mL,最大尿流率逼尿肌压力(33.02±13.34)cmH2O,最大逼尿肌收缩压(35.31±11.49)cmH2O,OAB症状评分表评分(6.06±2.23)分。共有62例检查结果发现异常,主要包括以下几种类型:逼尿肌过度活动(7例)、膀胱感觉过敏(42例)、低顺应性膀胱(2例)及膀胱出口梗阻(11例)。<45岁和≥45岁年龄组的尿动力学检查结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿动力学检查在OAB的诊断中起着重要的作用,且为OAB的治疗提供依据。
