摘要
通过研究硅烷改性聚醚(MS)密封剂在不同温湿度时的深层固化性能,采用Comyn模型建立了固化深度(z)与固化时间(t)以及空气中水蒸气压(p)的定量关系。研究结果表明:MS密封剂在3种温度和湿度条件下的z与t1/2呈良好的线性关系,不同环境条件下的z与(tp)1/2也呈良好的线性关系;z与(tp)1/2线性拟合方程可以定量表征t、固化环境条件对z的影响,并可估算不同环境的深层固化速率,有助于指导单组分MS密封剂在不同环境条件下的应用工艺。
The quantitative relationship among curing depth(z),curing time(t)and water vapor pressure(p)was established by Comyn model through investigating deep curing property of silyl-terminated modified polyether(MS)sealant under different conditions of temperature and humidity. The research results showed that the z vs. t1/2had good linear relationship of MS sealant under three kinds conditions of temperature and humidity,and the z vs.(tp)1/2had also good linear relationship under different ambient conditions. The z vs.(tp)1/2linear fitting equation was conducive to guiding application process of one-component MS sealant under different ambient conditions because the linear fitting equation could quantitatively characterize influences of t and curing ambient conditions on z,and could estimate deep curing speed of different ambients.
