摘要
采用固相反应方法制备了Yb2Ce2O7和Er2Ce2O7陶瓷材料。采用X射线法分析其相结构,用扫描电镜观察其显微形貌,用激光脉冲法和推杆法分别测试其热导率和热膨胀系数。结果表明,合成的Yb2Ce2O7和Er2Ce2O7陶瓷具有典型的萤石结构,其显微组织致密,晶粒大小均匀,晶界清晰。其热导率远低于YSZ,而其热膨胀系数则远大于YSZ,所合成的稀土铈酸盐有潜力成为热障涂层的候选材料。
The Yb2Ce2O7 and Er2Ce2O7 ceramic materials were prepared by solid reaction method. Their phase structure was analyzed by X-ray diffraction method, their microstructures were observed by scanning electric microscope, and their thermal conductivities and thermal expansion coefficients were measured by laser-flash method and pushing-rod method, respectively. Results show that the synthesized Yb2Ce2O7 and Er2Ce2O7 have typical fluorite structure, their microstructures are very dense and particle boundaries are very clean. Their thermal conductivities are lower than that of YSZ, and their thermal expansion coefficients are higher than that of YSZ. The synthesized rare earth cerium oxides can be used as candidate ceramic materials for thermal barrier coatings.
