摘要
以一氯乙酸、壳聚糖、氢氧化钠为主要原料了制备N-羧甲基壳聚糖,并将其负载于膨润土上,制备得到了羧甲基壳聚糖/膨润土复合材料。利用红外(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)对复合材料进行了表征。通过复合材料对亚甲基蓝溶液的吸附性能实验,优化出最佳吸附条件为30℃下,pH=8,亚甲基蓝溶液的初始浓度为6 mg/L时的吸附效果最好,达86.80%。
N-carboxymethyl chitosan was prepared by using chloroacetic acid, chitosan, and sodium hydroxide as the main raw material,and then carboxymethyl chitosan / Bentonite composite materials loaded on the bentonite was prepared. Infra-red spectrum(IR) and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)techniques were ued to characterize the carboxymethyl chitosan/Bentonite composite material. The adsorption test of carboxymethyl chitosan/Bentonite composite materials for Methylene blue solution was investigated. The researches of the exeperimenial results show htat: When the temperature 30 ℃, pH equals 8, and the initial concentration of methylene blue solution of 6 mg/L, the adsorption of rate is 86.80%.
