摘要
以硫酸铜和碳酸钠为原料制备碱式碳酸铜,利用正交设计,考察了反应温度、反应物配比、碳酸钠溶液浓度以及硫酸铜溶液浓度对碱式碳酸铜产率的影响。结果表明,当硫酸铜的浓度为0.60 mol/L,碳酸钠的浓度为0.60 mol/L,碳酸钠与硫酸铜配比为1.2∶1,反应温度为59℃时,产物产率最高,达93%。
CoPPer sulfate and sodium carbonate as raw material,to PrePared basic coPPer carbonate. The influence of the concentration of coPPer sulfate,the concentration of sodium carbonate,reaction temPera-ture,the ratio of sodium carbonate and coPPer sulfate on the yield of basic coPPer carbonate were investi-gated by orthogonal design. The result shows that 0. 60 mol/L of coPPer sulfate,0. 60 mol/L of sodium carbonate,reaction temPerature is 59 ℃,the ratio of sodium carbonate and coPPer sulfate is 1. 2:1,the Product yield could reach more than 93%.
