橡胶防老剂4020合成工艺的优化

摘要 以Pt/MC作催化剂,对4020合成工艺条件进行了考察。结果表明,催化剂用量2%,酮胺摩尔比为3.0∶1,反应温度100℃,压力3.0 MPa,搅拌转速400 r/min的条件下,可在短时间内得到较优产量和质量的4020。 Pt/MC As catalyst,the 4020 synthesis Process condition was investigated. Result shows that 2%of the amount of catalyst,ketone amine molar ratio of 3. 0 :1,reaction temPerature 100 ℃,Pressure 3. 0 MPa,stirring sPeed 400 r/min,it can be obtained oPtimum yield and quality of 4020 in a short time.
