摘要
针对某碳酸盐型萤石矿进行浮选工艺试验,研究表明,在中性条件下,水玻璃和稀硫酸组合使用能够有效地抑制方解石,实现了萤石和方解石高效分离,经过一次粗选、九次精选、中矿顺序返回的闭路浮选试验,获得含CaF294.44%、CaCO30.79%的萤石精矿,萤石的回收率为89.35%。
Flotation process was conducted based on the property of carbonate type fluorite. The results showed that fluorite and calcite can be separated effectively with sodium silicate and dilute sulphuric acid as the inhibitor in neutral condition. By one roughing,nine cleaning and middlings fed back in sequence,the fluorite concentrate containing 94.44% CaF2and 0.79% CaCO3with recovery of 89.35% CaF2was obtained by closed-circuit test.
