摘要
本文从滚动轴承各部件故障频率、振动位移、轴承故障振幅三方面分析了船用电机的故障,介绍了振动诊断过程,探析了船用电机振动检测标准,并使用该标准对电机进行了诊断,证明该方法具有实用性。
The fault of the marine electric-motor is analyzed from three aspect of fault frequency of rolling bearing parts, vibration displacement, fault swing of the bearing. The diagnosis process of vibration is introduced. The standard of detecting is studied, and is used to diagnose marine electric-motor. Results show that the method is practicable.
