摘要
在连云港港57#-58#通用泊位煤炭输送系统中,重型刮板给料机得到了成功使用,为煤炭输送系统的给料方式提供了新的选择。通过刮板给料机与皮带输送机的有效组合,实现了煤炭远距离输送,取代原有高能耗、高污染的作业方式。本文对该项目的背景、方案选择、系统组成、设备选型等进行了详细描述。
In the coal conveying system in the general berth No 57 to 58 in Lianyungang Port the heavy duty of scratch board feeder has been successfully applied in,which provides a new choice for the feeding mode in the coal conveying system. By the effective combination of the heavy duty of scratch board feeder with the belt conveyor,the long distance conveying of the coal is realized,and the original operational mode with high energy consumption and high pollution is replaced. In this paper,the background of this project,the scheme selection,the system composition,and the equipment type selection are described in detail.
