对卸船机主钢丝绳出绳口托辊的改进

摘要 针对桥式抓斗卸船机原配的主钢丝绳托辊存在着表面磨损范围集中和筒体滚动轴承受力不均易损坏的情况,提出了在托辊筒体上增设一个可以轴向随动的带槽滑轮和设置带槽滑轮改进方案。改进后结构简单,维修方便,效果明显。 For the situations in the bridge type of grab bucket ship unloder that there exist a concentrated wear surface area on the originally mounted idler for the main steel wire rope and a non- uniformed load distribution on the drum's rolling bearing which is easy to be damaged,this article puts forward an improvement plan to solve the problems above by adding a grooved pulley on the body of the idler which can be axially moving passively. The improved structure is simple,so the maintenance is convenient and the result is satisfied.
